Lussier Family Heritage Center

The Lussier Family Heritage Center is a year-round Dane County Parks facility available for weddings & receptions, meetings, educational programs, retreats, conferences and special events. Located in Lake Farm County Park within the Capital Springs State Recreation Area, it is the gateway to the 3,600 acre Lewis Nine Springs E-Way Corridor Resources Protection Area, which runs from Verona Road east to Lake Waubesa.

The Lussier Family Heritage Center is an air conditioned, multi-level building. The main level room is carpeted with cedar paneled walls, complete AV system and room darkening shades.  The 1,000 square foot reception area, with stone fireplace, may be used along with this room.  Capacity is approximately 160-180.  The lower level, also carpeted, has a rustic cedar décor and opens up to a walkout brick patio with picnic tables; children’s play equipment and access to nature trails that meander through the park’s grasslands and sedge meadows.  Room capacity is 96. Wireless internet access is available to our users throughout the facility.
